The reminder
you can't skip.

A reminder that only clears when you scan a physical QR or NFC tag on the real object — and gets harder to ignore the longer you wait.

The problem

Regular reminders are too easy to ignore.

Push notifications are dismissed in a single swipe. You feel the prompt, but you don't physically act. For medication, hydration, workouts and safety checks, the gap between "notified" and "done" is where habits break.

Nothing bridges the digital reminder and the physical act of doing it.

How it works

Connect the reminder to a real place.

Stick an Enforso QR or NFC tag on the object your routine is about — or tie the reminder to a Location, or to a measurement in Apple Health. When it fires it stays active, and escalates, until real-world proof arrives.

~0 min STAGE 1

Push notification

A standard notification fires at the scheduled time. Scan now and it's over — or do nothing, and Enforso escalates.

~10 min STAGE 2

Persistent Live Activity

A Live Activity settles on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. It stays visible instead of disappearing, and it can't be dismissed without a scan.

~1 hour STAGE 3

Alarm escalation

An alarm, for the times the phone is not in your hand — in a bag, in another room, face down on a table. Postpone it, or scan the tag to close it.

On scan DONE

Scan → confirmed

Scanning the right tag proves you were there. Everything stops, the streak ticks up, and it is off your mind for the day.

Escape valve: "I'm too far away"
Genuinely away from the tag? Postpone two hours — a practical delay, not a dismiss button. The only other way out is to voluntarily skip it for today and lose your streak — a hidden option you can switch off entirely.
The scan

Four ways to prove you were there.

Scan the tag yourself — or let the phone close it for you when you arrive, or when your health apps record the measurement.

Who it's for

For people whose days are full.

Forgetting isn't a character flaw — it's what happens when a day is packed. The point isn't discipline: it's that the small things stop being decisions. The tag is already on the object, the scan takes seconds, and the streak does the rest.

The busy and the driven
The week that ate your calendar is the week the routine survived anyway. Eight seconds at the tag and it is done — nothing to decide, nothing to carry around.
Health you can't postpone
Medication, hydration, weigh-ins, blood pressure. Three months in you are not guessing at the appointment — you are reading back the days.
Teenagers finding their footing
Brushing at night, the bin out on Tuesday, the gym bag packed before school. Scanning makes it feel more like a game than a chore — there is a streak on the line. The phone asks, the tag confirms, and nobody at home has to be the one who nags.
Minds that wander
A reminder that does not accept "in a minute" — it stays until you have stood up and scanned. The thing gets done while you are already on your feet.
Anyone building a habit
A new habit needs a place, not willpower. Tie it to one object and by day forty the streak is the thing carrying it, not you.
Working from home
Water, a stretch, actually leaving the desk. The reminder ends where the desk does — you have to walk to it, which was the whole point.
The app

Quiet — and it remembers everything.

Every scan is a fact with a timestamp. So you know how many times you refilled your water bottle today, when the measurements were really taken, how often you actually made it to the gym this month — and where the streak broke.

Quiet on purpose

A reminder arrives once and then waits. It doesn't buzz every minute, it doesn't stack up a pile of notifications, it doesn't make a scene — it just stays where you'll see it: Lock Screen, widget, wrist. It only turns into an alarm when the hour has genuinely slipped.

Silent automation

When the check-in has already happened in the background — you walked into the gym, the scale wrote to Apple Health — reminder closes quietly, or even never shows up at all until its next scheduled time.

Details that matter
Built around how routines actually run.
Schedules of every shape
Weekdays with your own time — morning, midday, evening. Or specific dates in the month.
Intervals, not just clocks
"Every 3 hours" is a first-class schedule. So are every week, every two weeks and every month. You pick.
Widgets, Live Activities & Apple Watch
Important reminders you can see without unlocking — right on your lock screen, or even your wrist.
Vacation mode
Break the routine on purpose, keep the streak.
Day starts at 4:00 AM
Late-night scans count for the right day.
No stickers required

Use the codes already in your home.

Any code works: the barcode on your dental floss, the EAN on a vitamin box, the QR on a shampoo bottle, a loyalty card, a parcel label — or any NFC tag or sticker you happen to have, from a transport card to a hotel key. Scan it once and it becomes the tag for that reminder.

Printing something or buying NFC stickers is the option, not a requirement.

Any barcode from any product
dental floss, a pill pack, a bottle of vitamins, cat food, cleaning spray — any barcode will do the job. They just need to be different for different reminders.
Any QR you own
Same here: appliance label, loyalty card, parcel. Just look around and you most certainly will find one.
Any existing NFC
a transport card, hotel key, ski pass, work badge. There are far too many kinds of NFC out there to promise every one of them works — we support the common ones, and guarantee NTAG213 and NTAG215, the cheapest and most widespread tags on the market.
Blank NFC tag
a sticker you put on any object and program right from the Enforso app
Free forever · our commitment

Any pill box. Now it reminds you.

The organiser you already own becomes an Enforso box: a code in every compartment, and a reminder that keeps going until the dose is actually out of it.

  • Your box, not a new one. Any organiser from any pharmacy — print, stick, done.
  • The code lives under the pills. To scan it you have to lift them out — which is the dose, taken, on time.
  • Free, permanently. Medication is the one habit we will never put behind a price.*

* One pill-box bundle per account.

What Enforso is not

Not a habit tracker. Not a medication app.

Enforso is deliberately broad. The scan mechanic works for any routine where being there is most of the battle. It sits in its own category: real-world accountability reminders.

The tone is firm, caring and calm — never punishing. Escalation is protective and self-chosen, not surveillance.
